One-on-One Coaching:

Individual training schedules developed for you specifically: designed for your goals, your body, your mindset and your specific physical needs. This package includes constant physical analysis and up-to-date nutritional guidance based on your progress, 12 one-on-one, hour-long functional training sessions each month, as well as the individual attentiveness and the personal motivation you need to help you achieve your best.

 

Small group/Partner Training:

Results will vary between partners and program design won’t be quite as tailored and specific, but you also receive the benefit of having a friend there to provide additional motivation, fun and support. Modifications will be made to exercises based on the individual.

 

Sport-specific Coaching:

A training program designed for your goals and specific needs to help you excel when it counts. An athlete’s training year for a single sport has four seasons and there are cycles within each season that allow you to peak physically when it’s required. We will examine the biomechanics and physiological requirements of your sport to help you build a better base, assisting in giving you a leg up on the competition.

Nutrition Counseling:

The nutrition-only plan provides you with guidance and boundaries to make better food choices as well as education and specific numbers (caloric needs, protein/carb/fat ratios) to achieve your desired goals.

 

Virtual Coach/Trainer:

This at-home program is designed to assist you in preparing for the demands that life throws your way or those demands that are required of an obstacle course race like the Tough Mudder or Spartan Race. For virtual clients, a daily plan and weekly Skype session will supply you with a foundation of strength training needed to endure whatever you’re getting fit for. Online OCR programs will be tailored to the specific race and distance you’ll compete in, the lifestyle you live and your specific goals.
