One of a handful of strength coaches in the country who also happens to be an adaptive coach/athlete; a paraplegic who uses a unique blend of demanding coaching strategies accompanied by highly-developed verbal cueing and motivational tactics. Possessing methods to create desired outcomes in a non-traditional, verbal and emotionally-compelling way – I help people become their own motivation which will translate into daily life outside of any gym setting.


I strive to assist any client, athlete or audience member looking to improve their quality of life, athletic performance or workplace effectiveness, any person who wants to achieve their maximum potential. In my program, we will rely on thorough communication and my expertise in human biomechanics to safely and effectively improve physical and cardiovascular output, while also closing the gap between functional and absolute strength, preventing or rehabbing injury, and pushing the necessary buttons to promote sustained performance -- this creates the strongest version of any client.


Being in a chair, my physical appearance can be disarming, but my ever-evolving understanding of exercise science will leave you blown away. I possess a contagious, resilient and energetic personality that will be either demonstrative or compassionate, bold and demanding or calming, but always motivational and energetic.
